Fulfillment Policy
We understand the importance of delivering our products and services efficiently and effectively to our valued customers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the fulfillment process. When an order is placed via our online shop, the delivery occurs via an automatic email and is usually nearly instantaneous. When an order is placed via a purchase order, the processing times can vary, but usually do not exceed 24 hours.
Once an order is processed, an email is sent with a license code to activate (unlock) the full-featured, licensed software.
Returns and Refunds are accepted for orders where the license code has not been activated and only within the first 30 days since the purchase order date. For more details, please, refer to the End User License Agreement (EULA).
