Syncplify’s mission is to innovate secure file transfer landscape by foreseeing and designing in-demand solutions. With that in mind, security is the core business, and our goal is to help everyone to achieve a truly secure information exchange. By designing and providing cybersecurity tools, we extend information security beyond our software.
Although we don’t store customer’s data (files, streams, etc…) anywhere, because we are not a SaaS vendor, certain information such as customer name, company name, and contact information is stored in Syncplify’s own customer database in order to be able to fulfill orders and provide maintenance and support.
We never share this information with any third party.By downloading our software, your anonymity is guaranteed. We don’t collect any personally identifiable data, and you can easily opt-out of any and all anonymous usage data collection as well. Occasionally we may use your email on-file to share major news such as major version releases or expiring maintenance and support plan.
